Don't over-think, just let it go

Negative thoughts and emotions (anger, fear, anxiety, etc.) manifest and cause you grief because you give them further thought. Just acknowledge them as they come, don't entertain them by spiraling down the rabbit hole of wondering where/how they came about. When they are bored, they will leave. Peace of mind returns. Simple as that.
